A Brief Overview The US LBM Lead Software Engineer - Application Development will lead and work alongside a team of software engineers responsible for developing highly available web/mobile applications and integrations. This person will be a hands-on developer contributing to reusable code elements, technical design, production support, and monitoring. What you will do <ul><li>Design, develop, test, deploy and Maintain web/mobile applications and custom integrations</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects and other key stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.</li><li>Participate in architectural discussions.</li><li>Ensure the technical feasibility of achieving the requirements with the most optimized solution</li><li>Conduct code reviews/enforce best practices to maintain code quality</li><li>Hands-on development of complex features/user stories</li><li>Lead creation of automated pipelines, oversee and participate in deployments.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative high-performing environment</li></ul> Required For All Jobs <ul><li> Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li> Comply with all policies and standards.</li><li> Adheres to Company’s commitment to workplace safety.</li></ul> Education Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelors Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, or relevant experience </li></ul> Experience Qualifications <ul><li> 4+ years of proven experience leading a team of software engineers </li><li> 4+ years of full stack development experience </li><li> 5+ years working in a development team creating and delivering custom web and mobile applications </li><li> Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services </li><li> Experience in version controls systems, and CI/CD pipelines </li></ul> Skills and Abilities <ul><li>Mastery of developing serverless REST APIs using C# in Azure. </li><li>Strong expertise in SQL, Relational Database systems and NO SQL databases. </li><li>Strong expertise in front-end frameworks React/React Native, JavaScript, HTML &amp; CSS. </li><li>Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes. </li><li>Proficient in unit testing/e2e testing/load testing frameworks. </li><li>Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform. </li></ul> .
