A Brief Overview Lead Engineer –Enterprise Integrations designs, develops and maintains robust integration solutions that connect enterprise systems across our organization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in system integration, API management, and cloud-based middleware platforms. This role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, and team leadership to deliver seamless, secure, and scalable integrations using Azure services and Power Platform tools. What you will do<ul><li>Lead a team of integration and Power Platform developers.</li><li>Develop and manage workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, API Management, and Data Gateway.</li><li>Lead the data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations to enable seamless data flow.</li><li>Design and implement AI-powered chatbots using Power Virtual Agents to automate customer interactions and support services.</li><li>Customize and extend the functionality of the Power Platform tools through configuration, scripting, and integration with other systems.</li><li>Conduct feasibility studies and create RPA solution designs that align with the companys strategic goals.</li><li>Perform thorough testing of automation workflows and ensure seamless deployment into production.</li><li>Coordinate with IT security, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.</li><li>Document automation processes and maintain detailed records of project documentation for future reference and audit purposes.</li></ul> Required For All Jobs<ul><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>Comply with all policies and standards.</li><li>Adheres to Company’s commitment to workplace safety.</li></ul> Education Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant experience.</li></ul> Experience Qualifications<ul><li>8+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years in Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.</li><li>Strong experience with: Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Dataverse and Common Data Services.</li></ul> Skills and Abilities<ul><li>Knowledge of REST APIs, OData, OAuth 2.0, Webhooks, and Azure Active Directory (AAD)</li><li>Solid understanding and hands-on working experience of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)</li><li>Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and process optimization.</li><li>Knowledge of best practices in code development, including version control, code review, and documentation.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</li></ul> Travel Requirements<ul><li>10% Travel expected, overnight travel if needed.</li></ul>.
