You will play a key role in organizational development, fostering a culture of trust and transparency, and supporting talent management strategies that align with our business goals.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary point of contact for employee issues, providing objective, thoughtful guidance and resolution strategies for the groups assigned.</li> <li>Ensure consistency and legal compliance in the application of company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Maintain detailed documentation and prepare investigation summaries and reports.</li> <li>Partner with leaders and teams to build high-trust, high-performance environments.</li> <li>Provide coaching to managers on interpersonal, performance, and organizational challenges.</li> <li>Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting inclusivity, psychological safety, and accountability.</li> <li>Foster open communication channels across all levels of the organization.</li> <li>Support and help drive performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives.</li> <li>Collaborate with the Talent team on workforce planning, compensation strategy, employee development, and internal mobility strategies.</li> <li>Contribute to the implementation and execution of engagement and retention strategies.</li> <li>Interpret and advise on policies and local employment laws and regulations.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with other People Operations team members to implement and enhance programs across the employee lifecycle.</li> <li>Identify and act on opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.</li> <li>Partner with managers and subject matter experts to assess training needs and deliver impactful learning solutions.</li> <li>Evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.</li> <li>Lead and support cross-functional people projects such as organizational development, culture initiatives, change management efforts, and internal process optimization.</li> <li>Develop project plans, manage timelines, and drive accountability to ensure successful implementation and adoption.</li> <li>Monitor industry trends and emerging practices to ensure our programs remain innovative and competitive.</li> <li>Partner closely with the broader People Operations team to align L&amp;D strategies with overall talent priorities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-CP, etc.) a plus.</li> <li>5+ years of HR/People Operations experience</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in conducting sensitive investigations and handling complex employee relations issues.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.</li> <li>High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with ADP</li> <li>Defense and Aerospace experience</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.</li> <li>Experience leading strategic projects from ideation through implementation and evaluation.</li> <li>Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful learning solutions at scale.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, including People Operations team members, business peers, and support teams, to drive cohesive and aligned people strategies.</li> <li>Experience supporting remote or distributed teams with virtual learning and engagement solutions.</li> <li>Background in change management or organizational effectiveness is highly desirable.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Colorado law requires us to tell you the base compensation range of this role, which is <strong>$95,000-115,000,</strong> determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
