We are looking for an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join our expert marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive marketing event project plans from inception to completion.
- Work with vendors to align resources and pricing.
- Create marketing events’ agenda and maintain marketing events calendar.
- Track event attendance and coordinate with sales team for event feedback
- Serve as the point person onsite for setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
- Track and report on registration numbers and other metrics.
- Place vendor orders and conduct detailed budget tracking.
- Willingness to travel as needed for events.
- Book event logistics and travel arrangements for the team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or event management
- Highly proficient in Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
- Tenacious, collaborative spirit with a strong customer focus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Experiencing measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and website analytics
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
