We are a rapidly growing Toronto-based startup with employees across Canada and the US (and even a few outside North America). </span></div><div><br /></div><div><span>To help grow our organization, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to collaborate with a bright group of engineers to tackle complex and interesting problems at the intersection of AI and hardware.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Define and manage project milestones, scope, and resources</li><li>Define project metrics, measure progress, anticipate issues and detect roadblocks</li><li>Regularly update stakeholders and leaders on project status and recommend actions</li><li>Manage and interact with 3rd party vendors and resources</li><li>Help define Untether’s project management function. Establish best practices around documentation, metrics, requirements tracking and processes. Drive continuous improvement</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree </li><li>At least 10+ years of experience working in silicon and hardware development</li><li>Strong technical understanding of the ASIC development process including architecture, design, verification, synthesis, timing closure, physical design, packaging and boards</li><li>Knowledge of silicon characterization and qualification, product test, firmware and software development and new product introduction highly desirable  </li><li>Interest in problem-solving within highly structured and tightly constrained environments</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools</li></ul><h3>What are some of the perks that you will receive being part of Untether AI?</h3><ul><li>Aligned to Untether’s philosophy, our employees enjoy the same perks, regardless of role or level.
