The Production Verification (PV) Program embeds our Unity Studio Productions (USP) team directly into strategic partner game productions and ensures that every major advancement, optimization, or feature we build is proven in production, before it reaches our broader Unity ecosystem. We are seeking a driven and experienced Technical Program/Project Manager (TPM) to join our growing team. As a PV TPM, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing Production Verification for complex technical projects from inception to completion. You will leverage your technical expertise, program and project management skills to ensure PV projects are delivered in a timely fashion and enable stakeholders to gain clarity on how well their Product increment meets Production needs. You’ll also drive program improvements as we scale this still young and quickly growing program at Unity. What youll be doing <ul> <li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and results, and provide clear progress updates.</li> <li>Monitor project progress, manage risks, remove roadblocks, and implement efficiency improvements.</li> <li>Lead and motivate multi-functional technical teams across all PV phases, fostering collaboration and effective written/verbal communication.</li> <li>Build expertise in Unity development workflows and cloud services, enabling you to confidently, open, build, assess, and discuss Unity projects.</li> <li>Champion production quality by ensuring PV scores reflect readiness and deliver value to customers.</li> </ul> What were looking for <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical.
