The opportunity The Unity Real-Time 3D Engine targets many platforms. The Platform Authoring group comprises four different teams, all focused on the evolution of cross-platform engine features used to create content. As a Senior Technical Program Manager in Platform Authoring, you will coordinate the delivery of strategic projects while collaborating with leaders from Engineering, Product Management, Design, Quality Assurance, and other teams as required. You will also play a key role in building relationships and facilitating collaboration with external partners. As teams adapt to new opportunities, you will craft and implement change management strategies to guide process improvements and ease organizational change. You will have to wear several hats: connector, mentor, reporter, translator, diplomat. Above all, you will act as a force multiplier for the teams you work with. You should have an adaptable program management style and be able to dedicate yourself to promoting a culture of empowerment, ownership, trust, and continuous improvement.
