The opportunity Unity is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of corporate paralegal functions across our global organization, including leading on entity management, maintaining corporate minutes books and records, and working cross functionally with with Unity’s legal, accounting, tax, treasury, and people teams. This role engages with all levels of the business.
