And winning as an Underdog is just more fun.</p> <p>Join us.</p></div><h3><strong>About the role and why it’s unique:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own the day-to-day management and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns</li> <li>Help shape and evolve creative testing strategies across user acquisition (UA) channels</li> <li>Analyze performance data to surface actionable insights and drive measurable improvements</li> <li>Build and deliver reporting to cross-functional teams, including Growth, Product, Analytics, and Design</li> <li>Design and execute A/B and incrementality tests to unlock stronger campaign performance</li> <li>Support exploration into new UA channels and emerging ad formats</li> <li>Partner closely with UA managers and directors to influence strategy and long-term planning</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who you are:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns</li> <li>Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat</li> <li>Working knowledge of mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch) and SKAN</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail</li> <li>Comfortable in Excel/Sheets and basic data tools</li> <li>Clear communicator and highly organized</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Even better if you have:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience in the Online Gaming Industry</li> <li>Have led App Store Optimization in the gaming space</li> </ul> <p><em><br />Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $90,000, plus target equity.
