As a strategic partner to our recruiting team and hiring leaders, you’ll blend data-driven insights with creative talent intelligence to identify and engage the best talent.</p> <h3>About the role</h3> <ul> <li>Research industry trends, company intel, and market insights to refine sourcing strategies</li> <li>Build talent maps to develop a comprehensive view of the market and inform overall search strategy</li> <li>Proactively source, identify, and engage with passive candidates through LinkedIn and other sourcing tools</li> <li>Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for TA processes, specifically for TA research initiatives and sourcing best practices</li> <li>Build a comprehensive database of market intelligence findings that can be used to inform and drive efficiency for future searches</li> <li>Review sourcing and analytics tooling that can be implemented to help us achieve our strategic goals and objectives</li> </ul> <h3>Who you are</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in talent sourcing, operations, or market research</li> <li>Extremely organized with a high attention to detail</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li> <li>Ability to design, standardize, and execute processes effectively</li> </ul> <h3>Even better if you have</h3> <ul> <li>Experience in a fast-growing start-up environment </li> </ul> <p><em>Our target starting base salary range for this position is between $136,000 and $160,000, plus target equity.
