If you have a proven track record of successful customer engagements and are excited about driving impact in a fast-paced startup environment, we’d love to hear from you.</div><div><br /></div><div>Experience delivering analytics products or enterprise software platforms into large organizations is a major plus. </div><div><br /></div><div><b>Key responsibilities</b></div><div>- Own post-sales success for Uncountable’s customers, driving renewals, expansion, and advocacy.</div><div>- Lead implementation projects, manage timelines, and keep both internal teams and customer stakeholders aligned.</div><div>- Increase customer engagement through regular check-ins, business reviews, and deep knowledge of customer activity.</div><div>- Become a trusted advisor by demonstrating ROI, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring customer success.</div><div>- Partner with Sales to design and execute expansion strategies for key accounts.</div><div>- Collaborate with Implementation and Product teams to identify improvements to the product and customer journey.</div><div>- Act as the “voice of the customer” internally, advocating for customer needs and improvements.</div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><br /></div><div><b>Requirements</b></div><div>We are hiring at multiple levels. While exact expectations vary, here’s a rough guide:</div><div><b>Account Manager - Enterprise Account Manager  (2–5 years)</b>: Prior experience in customer success, account management, or consulting. Skilled in managing customer relationships and project delivery.</div><div><b>Senior Account Manager (5+ years)</b>: Track record of independently managing enterprise accounts and influencing executive stakeholders. Strong mentoring skills.</div><div><b>Director (8-10+ years)</b>: Deep experience leading strategic accounts, building executive partnerships, and driving long-term account expansion strategies.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>For all levels:</b></div><div>- Outstanding executive presence and communication skills.</div><div>- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.</div><div>- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.</div><div>- Ability to travel 20–30%.</div><div>- Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographic customers.</div><div><br /></div><div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div><div>Passion for science, chemistry or artificial intelligence</div><div>An aptitude for statistics, mathematics</div><div>Salary: 100-180K USD + Commission + Equity</div><div><br /></div><div>Compensation will vary by level and region</div>
