We are working with the largest platforms in the world, including Amazon and Walmart, and strive to be the best alternative-lender globally.What you will do ✍️<ul><li>Provide versatile support encompassing customer service, KYC, and operational tasks</li><li>Troubleshoot and own issues end-to-end, ensuring customers are supported until full resolution.</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to escalate complex cases and ensuring prompt resolution.</li><li>Use internal tools to streamline documentation and reporting processes.</li><li>Offer insights to improve workflows, customer experience, and product development.</li><li>Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication across all channels</li></ul>Who you are 👀<ul><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and/or sales support, ideally within tech or fast-paced industries.</li><li>Experience working with KYC or due diligence processes is a plus.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills adaptable across various operational areas.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is advantageous.</li><li>Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Comfortable working in dynamic, high-growth environments.</li><li>Able to work US hours (2 PM – 10 PM, Monday to Friday)</li><li>SQL or data-handling skills are a plus</li></ul>
