Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li> <li>3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in a team-based Agile environment.</li> <li>Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and common engineering practices.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple teams in a dynamic development environment.</li> <li>Experience contributing to production systems and delivering maintainable features from concept to deployment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript</li> <li>Experience with React or other modern JS frameworks</li> <li>Familiarity with modern CSS, including PostCSS and CSS preprocessors</li> <li>Understanding of Webpack and other build tools</li> <li>Experience with Node.js, GraphQL, MongoDB, Postgress</li> <li>Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest</li> <li>Experience  with software engineering principles and best practices (e.g., testing, code reviews, version control)</li> <li>Experience writing maintainable, well-structured code and following established coding standards</li> <li>Experience maintaining legacy SaaS applications</li> <li>Ability to identify technical pitfalls or inefficiencies and suggest improvements</li> <li>Understanding of how software components interact across services within a system</li> <li>Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and basic DevOps practices is a plus</li> </ul> <p><strong>Leadership &amp;
