About the Team At UKG, our Managed Services Sales team plays a strategic overlay role—partnering closely with our sales team and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact outsourcing solutions across Payroll, Benefits, Garnishments, and Application Support for both HCM &amp; WFM. We act as a trusted extension of our customers’ operations, helping enterprise organizations streamline people management, offload administrative burdens, and mitigate risk through our white-glove services. If youre energized by consultative selling, cross-functional collaboration, and helping clients unlock new efficiencies, youll thrive in our fast-paced, mission-driven environment.   About the Role As a Senior Sales Consultant – Managed Services, you will serve as a strategic advisor to both prospective and existing clients within our enterprise space (2,500 ee+), helping them reimagine their HR and payroll operations through UKG’s fully managed offerings. You will influence complex deal cycles in collaboration with front-line sales reps, acting as the face of UKG Managed Services in enterprise sale engagements. Your expertise will shape value-driven conversations at the executive level, position UKG as a long-term strategic partner, and help drive revenue growth across multiple verticals. Responsibilities Customer Engagement <ul> <li>Lead strategic, consultative conversations with customer executives to uncover business challenges and present UKG Managed Services as a transformational solution.</li> <li>Drive executive-level positioning that highlights value realization, ROI, and operational scalability.</li> </ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul> <li>Establish deep alignment with Sales by actively participating in AE and CAM team calls, regional sales meetings, and field events—ensuring tight integration with the teams and territories you support.</li> <li>Align with Sales, Product, Legal, and Operations to build compelling RFP responses, proposals, and enablement assets.</li> <li>Support commercial negotiations including proposal building, redlining, and pricing strategy alongside internal partners.</li> </ul> Market Influence &amp; Strategy <ul> <li>Deliver industry insights and thought leadership that challenge the status quo and differentiate UKG in competitive sales cycles.</li> <li>Help define go-to-market strategies and customer narratives in partnership with Marketing and Product Marketing.</li> </ul> Pipeline Support <ul> <li>Collaborate with Sales to forecast pipeline, identify qualified opportunities, and shape deal strategy aligned with managed services capabilities.</li> <li>Contribute to team quota attainment through influence-based leadership across assigned territories.</li> </ul> Customer Advocacy <ul> <li>Act as the voice of the customer to inform product roadmap and service delivery evolution.</li> <li>Share win stories and best practices across internal teams to build momentum and repeatable success.</li> </ul> In addition to a competitive base salary, this role is eligible for variable incentive compensation and restricted stock unit (RSU) grants, offering a comprehensive total rewards package. About You: Basic Qualifications <ul> <li>5+ years of success in selling or supporting HCM and WFM outsourcing solutions, with a proven track record in mid-market or enterprise segments (2,500+ employees).</li> <li>3+ years working in SaaS HR/payroll environments with deep understanding of cloud-based service delivery, compliance, and operational scalability.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience influencing $1M+ annual revenue through managed services or consulting engagements, either directly or in a strategic overlay capacity.</li> <li>Ability to travel for onsite client meetings, strategic presentations, and demos; in-person engagement is essential to building trust and driving success in this role.</li> <li>Deep understanding of SaaS technology and managed services in HRMS/Payroll environments.</li> <li>Experience in navigating complex sales cycles and cross-functional collaboration.</li> </ul> Preferred Experience <ul> <li>Familiarity with UKG or similar platforms (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Workday, SAP, Oracle).</li> <li>Background in consulting, outsourcing, or enterprise solution selling.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience in compliance, risk mitigation, and global payroll operations.</li> <li>Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and engage senior decision-makers.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a consultative and strategic mindset.</li> <li>Ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.</li> <li>High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and business ethics.</li> <li>Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in HR service delivery.</li> </ul>   Where we’re going UKG is on the cusp of something truly special. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
