We’re united by purpose, inspired by you.  The Proposal Services hybrid role offers a dynamic opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in administrative and project coordination functions. This role supports proposal development efforts as part of the UKG Proposal Services team. Candidates will collaborate across departments to ensure timely and high-quality proposal submissions, while building foundational skills in Proposal Management. Responsibilities: Administrative (Primary) • Set up and manage Ombud project workspaces and final responses. • Format, proofread, and prepare final copies for distribution. • Attend sales kick-off calls to gather proposal coordination requirements. Proposal Management (Secondary) • Manage proposal timelines to ensure timely submission. • Follow documented proposal processes and guidelines. • Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and product SMEs. • Support the Proposal Consultant team lead and act as backup Project Manager. Other Responsibilities • Work with senior team members for guidance and approvals. • Shadow experienced consultants to build project management skills. • Join knowledge-sharing sessions to learn proposal best practices. • Attend Proposal Services team meetings when possible. • Manage and submit monthly expenses. Database and Content Management • Help maintain and update content in the Proposal Services database. Other responsibilities Required Background and Skills: • Critical thinking and problem resolution skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Co-Pilot, AI Prompt generation, and willingness to learn tools like Ombud, Salesforce, and online proposal platforms. • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Must be team-orientated and sales-focused. • Interest in technology solutions and enterprise applications. • A bachelor’s degree is preferred or a combination of 4 years of administrative or PreSales experience is desired.
