Overview:
The Lead Business Data Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making across the organization. This role involves leading analytical initiatives, managing data projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of data analysis strategies to support business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all reporting systems.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
Work closely with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.


Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
2+ years professional presentation experience to C Suite level executives 
3+ years experience and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
Familiarity with data governance, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

The base salary range for this position is $99,800.00 to $143,450.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
