The UKG Customer Communication team is seeking an excellent communicator to assure that internal employees in support, relationship management, and other customer-facing roles are informed and prepared to interact with customers regarding changes to the product or service experience. The ideal candidate is a passionate customer and employee advocate who works collaboratively with others to effectively assist with the content planning process from an enablement lens. The Communications Enablement Strategist plays a critical role in ensuring external communications are strategically aligned and effectively shared across the organization. This role is the bridge between customer-facing messaging, tools, and teams to support U Krewer awareness and engagement. The role involves partnering with customer marketing program managers to develop customer-facing enablement plans to drive internal awareness, support internal change management, and effectively drive change for customers. You’ll work closely with various groups, including product management, professional services, and support personnel to develop, leverage, and refine customer and internal materials.

Job Responsibilities
· Build and execute enablement campaigns to enable internal customer facing employees to have more informed interactions with customers.
· Collaborate with cross-functional departments, including relationship management, customer experience, and go-to-market, to deliver timely and thorough communications, talk tracks, or FAQs for customer facing roles to use to guide conversations with customers on upcoming changes and initiatives.
· Develop and maintain internal communication platforms, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistent enablement of customer-facing initiatives across teams.
· Support frontline teams with messaging and communication needs to facilitate awareness and drive change management for customer communications and large-scale corporate initiatives.
· Work collaboratively across the Customer Lifecycle Marketing team to drive enablement of customer-facing initiatives and communication campaigns.
· Provide customer facing employees with resources to assure consistent messages are delivered to customers through all channels.
Basic Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
· 3+ years of marketing communication experience or similar experience
· Experience with Salesforce or other SaaS products
· Experience with Microsoft Suite of products, including PowerPoint
· Experience with Microsoft Suite of products, including PowerPoint
· Ability to provide a strong, diverse portfolio of writing samples
Preferred Qualifications
· BA/BS in marketing, English or related field required
· Outstanding editing and proofreading skills, including strong command of grammar and punctuation and a commitment to clear, concise, and accurate language/content
· Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
· Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results
· Broad technology awareness balanced with an intellectual curiosity for new concepts

The pay range for this position is $62,300 to $89,550, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
