Preference will be given to candidates who live near one of our hubs in India - Chennai or Mumbai</em></strong></p> <h3>About this role </h3> <p>As an Order Management Associate, you will be a key member of the Revenue Operations team, directly contributing to the growth of our B2B business by building out the systems, process, and infrastructure to help scale our organization to the next level.  This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Manager of Deal Desk Administration. The Deal Desk Admin is a cross-functional role that partners with our sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to streamline our overall quote-to-order process. </p> <p>The Udemy for Business (UFB) Revenue Operations team’s mission is to enable all go-to-market teams to scale and grow top line revenue efficiently.  The team supports our mission by delivering the process and information flows that drive the entire customer journey optimization, promoting cross-functional alignment, overseeing resource and performance planning, refining key processes to increase efficiencies, and adopting best-in-class tools and technologies to support the entire UFB go-to-market universe from lead generation to customer invoicing.</p> <p> </p> <h3>What youll be doing</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Partner with our sales, customer success, finance, and legal team leaders to define standard / non-standard deal criteria and related approval processes</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage the day-to-day optimization of complex non-standard deals and serve as the primary point of contact for sales, finance, and legal in these transactions</p> </li> <li> <p>Manages non-standard deal approval processes, escalations, and workflow optimization</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide guidance to the sales team on contract accuracy and best practices to increase deal velocity and decrease cycle time</p> </li> <li> <p>Contribute to Deal Desk initiatives by participating in special projects, including the creation of the playbook for finalizing booking submissions, Deal Desk automation, dashboards, sales analytics, and various performance metrics</p> </li> </ul> <h3>What you’ll have </h3> <ul> <li> <p>1 - 2 years working in the Enterprise SaaS/B2B industry, with preference for experience in Deal Desk, Order Management, or Finance Operations</p> </li> <li> <p>Basic understanding of how to use Salesforce and familiarity with Netsuite </p> </li> <li> <p>Familiar with basic Revenue Recognition Rules</p> </li> <li> <p>Salesforce.com CPQ experience preferred but not required.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proficient in gSuite or Microsoft Office</p> </li> <li>A high attention to detail is necessary to prevent errors in processing orders, invoicing, and delivery</li> <li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across the business with sales, legal, finance, and other stakeholders</p> </li> <li> <p>Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure with flexibility during high-volume periods</p> </li> <li> <p>Organized, customer-focused, and detail-oriented</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Posting Date:</strong> July 27, 2025</p> <p><strong>Application window:</strong> July 27, 2025 - 30th October, 2025</p><div><h3><strong>Why work here?</strong></h3> <p><strong>You’ll grow here.</strong><strong><br /></strong>Learning is part of the job.
