What you build will  improve Engineers’ day-to-day functions and will support them in building scalable, secure and reliable services. Partnering with Product, Design and our Clinical teams, you will play a key role in defining architecture and implementing a seamless technology-enabled mental healthcare system.  Core Areas of Responsibility Cloud Infrastructure Management   <ul> <ul> <li>Architect and implement highly available, automated cloud solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</li> <li>Champion infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, driving automation and repeatability.</li> <li>Develops and maintains infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates, scripts, and automation tools to provision, configure, and manage cloud resources.</li> <li>Design, deploy, and manage containerized workloads with Kubernetes</li> <li>Manage, optimize and maintain CloudSQL Postgres Database</li> <li>Monitoring and optimizing cloud costs, implementing cost-saving strategies, and ensuring efficient resource utilization.</li> <li>Monitoring cloud infrastructure performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to ensure high availability and efficiency.</li> <li>Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery  Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.</li> <li>Automate Kubernetes infrastructure and configuration management using Argo CD</li> <li>Manage, maintain and optimize ArgoCD instances</li> <li>Develop and refine deployment strategies for containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.</li> </ul> </ul> Cross-functional Collaboration <ul> <ul> <li>Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and serve as escalation points for critical issues.Collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams to deliver end-to-end DevOps solutions.</li> <li>Partner with security team to support future </li> </ul> </ul> Impact and Success Indicators  Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days: <ul> <li>Build an understanding and form of an opinion of our current CICD pipeline and how to improve:</li> <ul> <li>Build time</li> <li>Deployment Time</li> <li>Cycle Time</li> </ul> <li>Build reliable test environments for developers to test features</li> <li>Evaluate and implement a secret manager to manage API keys, secrets</li> </ul>  Where you’ll make an impact in the first year: <ul> <li>Scale, optimize our Kubernetes infrastructure</li> <li>Integrate AI into developers’ workflow to improve developers experience and efficiency.</li> <li>Contribute to Infrastructure and containers common vulnerabilities.</li> <li>Mature our observability and alerting</li> <li>Build Service platform to enable developers to build new services.</li> </ul> We’re looking for someone with: <ul> <li>Demonstrated success in working across organizational boundaries to drive complex tech initiatives</li> <li>Solid design and problem solving skills with demonstrated passion for engineering</li> <li>Strong cross-group collaboration and interpersonal communication skills working with engineering, security, data, IT and product teams.</li> <li>Experience with Infrastructure As Code using Terraform</li> <li>Experience with logging and monitoring using Grafana &amp; Prometheus, OTel, Google Cloud monitoring or equivalent solutions.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience with ArgoCD</li> <li>Demonstrated experience setting up build pipeline using GitLab </li> </ul> Compensation &amp; Benefits The offer range is dependent on qualifications and experience. New hires can reasonably expect an offer between $180,000 - $190,000.
