This role will focus exclusively on recruiting top talent for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. Were looking for a recruiter who is passionate about the candidate journey and excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and product-focused roles and will be comfortable managing full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Recruiting for Engineering, Product &amp; Design</li> <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft targeted recruiting strategies.</li> <li>Own and manage pipelines for software engineers, data engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and related roles.</li> <li>Own and manage the interview scheduling process to ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the recruiting coordinator as needed to support scheduling logistics and maintain process efficiency.</li> <li>Proactively source and engage passive candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.</li> </ul> <li>Stakeholder Collaboration</li> <ul> <li>Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.</li> <li>Create and maintain hiring plans, aligning recruitment timelines with team goals.</li> <li>Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights.</li> <li>Coordinate closely with the recruiting coordinator to ensure a seamless candidate experience.</li> </ul> <li>Tools &amp; Data</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Use Greenhouse (ATS) to manage candidate lifecycle, feedback collection, and pipeline tracking.</li> <li>Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the ATS.</li> <li>Contribute to team-wide efforts around process improvement and recruitment best practices, as time allows.</li> <li>Utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Wellfound and other sourcing tools to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. </li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on Engineering, Product, or Design roles.</li> <li>Experience managing a full cycle recruiting process. </li> <li>Demonstrated success recruiting for high-growth or startup companies with expertise managing 15-20+ active roles at one time. </li> <li>Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles.</li> <li>Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating with distributed teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with Greenhouse or a similar ATS preferred.</li> <li>Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Understanding of U.S. hiring practices and employment laws related to interviewing and recruiting.</li> </ul> Role Details <ul> <li>Type: 90-Day Contract (with potential for extension)</li> <li>Focus: Engineering, Product, and Design roles </li> <li>Hourly Rate: $65/hr</li> <li>Location: US-Based (Fully Remote)</li> <li>Start Date: Immediate or as soon as available</li> <li>Tools: Greenhouse, Google Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools</li> </ul>
