This role is ideal for someone who is energized by partnering with clients, driving measurable outcomes, and creating value for both our clients and members. As a key leader on the team, you will be responsible for ensuring client engagement, satisfaction, and retention - while identifying opportunities for program growth and revenue expansion. You’ll work cross-functionally to align internal teams around client goals and help maximize program utilization and long-term success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and customer-obsessed. You’re a strategic thinker who is also a hands-on doer, comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by impact, and naturally collaborative. Responsibilities  Deliver Exceptional Client Value <ul> <li>Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals, KPIs, and long-term success.</li> <li>Develop deep expertise in Twin Health’s programs, clinical operations, implementation process, and growth marketing strategies to effectively advise clients.</li> <li>Navigate complex health plan and employer partner environments across mid-market, large, and jumbo client segments.</li> <li>Provide data-driven, consultative recommendations to drive member engagement, improve outcomes, and enhance client satisfaction.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver compelling client reporting including ROI analysis and business reviews tailored to each client’s strategic objectives.</li> <li>Monitor client health proactively, identifying and mitigating risks to satisfaction, engagement, and retention.</li> <li>Turn high-performing clients into brand advocates through success stories, testimonials, and case studies.</li> </ul> Drive Adoption &amp; Engagement <ul> <li>Lead strategies to maximize program adoption and member engagement, ensuring clients achieve meaningful, measurable results.</li> <li>Leverage data insights to improve the client experience and inform strategic adjustments.</li> <li>Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling client success stories, case studies, and referenceable proof points.</li> <li>Support and lead client events, webinars, and special initiatives that foster engagement and community-building.</li> </ul> Grow Revenue &amp; Renewals <ul> <li>Own and manage the full client renewal lifecycle for your portfolio, ensuring timely and successful renewals.</li> <li>Identify and secure expansion and upsell opportunities by aligning solutions with evolving client needs.</li> <li>Surface and communicate risks to renewal or expansion early, partnering cross-functionally to resolve them.</li> </ul> Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul> <li>Serve as the central point of contact for client escalations, driving resolution by coordinating with Implementation, Clinical, Product, and Business Development teams.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with internal teams Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Executive leadership to share client insights and inform continuous improvement.</li> <li>Partner with Member Marketing to co-develop promotional strategies and toolkits that drive member engagement and program impact.</li> <li>Take initiative and lead by example willing to roll up your sleeves and operate with a strong sense of urgency to meet client needs and business objectives.</li> <li>Additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li>6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar. Customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS, health, or services-driven organization.</li> <li>Proven track record of driving client growth, engagement, and retention.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li> <li>Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently.</li> <li>Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.</li> <li>A collaborative mindset and a passion for making a meaningful impact.</li> <li>Compelling presentation/storytelling skills, to be assessed during recruiting process.</li> <li>The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel as needed.</li> <li>This remote opportunity is available to US based persons.
