Excited to join us and do your part in improving people’s health and happiness?</div>Opportunity  We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized Priority Initiatives Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our business operations and critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring successful delivery against our most important company priorities. You will report to the VP, Finance &amp; Chief of Staff to the CEO and serve to optimize our operational processes and drive strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for driving clarity, accountability, and executional excellence across complex projects that touch every department of the company and directly impact our organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will partner closely with the Program Management Leads across our key verticals  to enable these functions to maximize execution of and impact on our company priorities and surface any risks as they develop. You are a strategic thinker with a strong tactical execution focus, capable of managing complex projects across multiple teams. You will be entrusted with representing the Chief of Staff to the CEO in coordinating daily activities across all business functions.  You will be excited to be central to aligning daily execution with company-wide strategic priorities leveraging your operational precision and the confidence to challenge senior leadership when needed.. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Partner with senior leadership to connect day-to-day departmental activities with company-wide strategic priorities, ensuring visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies across all functions.</li> <li>Monitor  cross-functional workflows across all departments, proactively flagging risks,blockers, or inefficiencies and facilitating resolution through coordination and follow-ups. </li> <li>Lead the end-to-end management of complex operational programs, from ideation and planning to execution and post-launch optimization.</li> <li>Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and clear ownership across teams.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, clinical, and sales teams to ensure seamless program integration and success.</li> <li>Design and implement standardized operational processes, tools, and best practices to drive efficiency, transparency, and scalability..</li> <li>Monitor program performance using KPIs and milestones, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain momentum and accountability.</li> <li>Communicate program updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders at all levels.</li> <li>Manage program budgets and resource allocation in collaboration with Finance and People Ops.</li> <li>Lead retrospectives and implement continuous improvement initiatives across programs.</li> <li>Additional duties as assigned</li> </ul> Qualifications  <ul> <li>Bachelors degree in a related field</li> <li>5+ years of progressive experience in a role focused on process improvement, strategic operations, strategic finance, program management, or innovation. </li> <li>Exceptionally detail oriented, unwilling to let projects drop through the cracks or get lost</li> <li>Demonstrated track record of partnering with operational leaders to support and project manage new programs or initiatives.</li> <li>Experience with the  product development lifecycle and working closely with product, engineering, or design teams.</li> <li>Demonstrated project management of initiatives that required managing complexity and ambiguity </li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.</li> <li>Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite.  Proficiency with Project Management software such as Jira..</li> <li>Experience creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, or visibility tools to support decision-making and operational transparency</li> <li>Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li> <li>This hybrid opportunity is based out of our New York City office.
