<h3><strong>Role and Responsibilities </strong></h3> <p>The SVP of Product will report to and work directly with <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/csevern/">Chris Severn</a>, Co-Founder &amp; CEO. In this role you will: </p> <ul> <li>Guide through scoping decisions, keeping in mind both internal and external stakeholders, to determine the product roadmap and developmental priorities, and ensuring continued revenue growth with innovative product offerings. </li> <li>Establish, execute and achieve the company’s product vision and scaling milestones in strategic alignment with business objectives, client experience, and revenue goals. </li> <li>Act as a thought leader and strategic innovator focused on enhancing and expanding Turquoise Health’s product offering from analytics to a B2B workflow product for pricing negotiations. </li> <li>Facilitate strong product management processes, and best practices, ensuring the consistent delivery pace of products and features that delight users. </li> <li>Build, retain, and mentor a world-class product and design team consisting of diverse, yet complementary, skill-sets while aligning functions around core goals and KPIs.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Professional Qualifications - Healthcare Subject Matter Expertise Required</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in the healthcare domain, including direct experience in building for back-office healthcare (contract negotiations, pre-auth, claims processing and pricing, estimates, billing).</li> <li>5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, including product lifecycle management, and a successful track record of developing and launching products.</li> <li>5+ years of proven leadership experience leading, managing, developing, and scaling high-performing product management teams.</li> <li>Expertise in setting a vision and strategy based on customer, market, and operational data. </li> <li>Ability to think through the product end-to-end, from first touch to conversion to continued engagement and beyond.
