The Role This is a fully remote role in the United States. As part of our Enterprise Growth team at Turquoise Health, you will be the face of the company and directly responsible for sales and expansion in the segment. You will own the full sales cycle – building relationships with executive stakeholders, designing solutions, managing negotiations, and finalizing contracts with employers. We need a hardworking, curious, entrepreneurial self-starter looking to change how we pay for healthcare and ready to bring a new product to market. Most of the time: <ul> <li>Identify new sales enterprise opportunities and develop them into high-value opportunities to fuel our growth at Turquoise Health</li> <li>Build relationships and establish communications at the highest executive levels to understand their needs and priorities and to speed up and simplify the deal process</li> <li>Own the closing process, including negotiations and procurement activities</li> <li>Collaborate and share customer feedback with Product to identify new offerings to continuously increase the value of Turquoise Health</li> <li>Diligently update Salesforce, our CRM, so we can learn more about our business and customers</li> </ul> What you bring to the role: <ul> <li>5+ years of sales experience at a technology or management consulting company with consistent attainment or out-performance of sales goals</li> <li>Direct experience selling to employers</li> <li>Successful track record of developing high-profile, long-term business relationships with executive stakeholders</li> <li>Domain expertise of the healthcare system in the United States and a curiosity to keep learning the intricacies and changes within the industry </li> <li>Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations and quickly build consensus with senior-level internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/knowledge. We are happy to work with strong candidates with non-traditional educational backgrounds</li> </ul> Salary The salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $122,500 base with a 50/50 split and expected OTE $220,000 - $245,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level, and reflect the minimum and maximum salary across all US locations (they are location agnostic). Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout the process about which level we think is the best match for you in our organization.
