Each role will manage the project controls function for one of three precinct teams on a critical infrastructure program as part of a nationally significant endeavour.As a Project Controls Manager, you will:<ul><li>Lead a small team of Project Controls Specialists.</li><li>Provide technical oversight across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting functions.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Project Lead and client-side Project Manager for your precinct.</li><li>Integrate precinct-level project controls data into the broader program-wide controls system.</li><li>Strengthen project controls capability across the wider team.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3>To be successful in your application, you will need:<ul><li>Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain (or currently hold) an Australian Security Clearance.</li><li>Proven experience in a consultancy environment, ideally on defence or major infrastructure projects.</li><li>Strong proficiency with project controls software across cost, schedule, and risk domains.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and bid documentation.</li></ul>Were looking for people who are:<ul><li>Comfortable working as part of a geographically dispersed team, including remote collaboration with client and site teams.</li><li>Friendly, approachable, and relationship focused.</li><li>Strong communicators who can clearly present complex data and insights.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3>Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
