As a result, our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.<h3>Job Description</h3> Turner &amp; Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior level Preconstruction Scheduler to join our growing data center team. This role will support scheduling efforts for complex, hyperscale data center projects. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining detailed construction and commissioning schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including design, construction, and trade partners to ensure schedule integrity, risk mitigation, and performance tracking. Data Center, or relatable mission critical sector construction experience is required. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model with potential for remote arrangements depending on project needs and candidate location.  Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive integrated master schedules for data center projects from pre-construction through construction hand-off.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost managers, and trade partners to gather input, validate sequencing, and ensure schedule feasibility.</li><li>Create and update multiple schedules for a variety of potential scopes for any given project, until lease signing.</li><li>Conduct detailed schedule analysis to identify potential risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration or optimization.</li><li>Proactively implement recovery strategies and mitigation plans to maintain project milestones and contractual obligations.</li><li>Facilitate and lead schedule review meetings, presenting updates, forecasts, and critical path analyses to internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor project health, progress trends, and forecasting accuracy.</li><li>Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master project schedule, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.</li><li>Support project controls functions including progress measurement, earned value analysis, and delay impact assessments.</li><li>Provide schedule input for change orders, scope modifications, and claims analysis, ensuring accurate documentation and justification.</li><li>Help establish and ensure adherence to client’s scheduling standards, tools, and best practices, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assist client with transition from Microsoft Project to P6 EPPM scheduling tools.</li><li>Support a dynamic and flexible client team that is on the cutting edge of data center development.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.</li><li>Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6 and knowledge of Microsoft Project,</li><li>Strong understanding of preconstruction and construction sequencing, work breakdown structures, critical path method (CPM,) and best scheduling practices.</li><li>Experience with data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools for KPI tracking and dashboard creation.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>7+ years of experience in project scheduling, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.</li><li>Experience working in fast-paced, high-tech environments with aggressive timeliness.</li><li>PMP, AACE PSP, PMI-SP, or equivalent certification is a plus.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3> The salary range for this full-time role is $150K-$170K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
