of major initiatives, balancing timely delivery with sustainable engineering practices</li> <li>Bring together the work of various teams and individuals into a cohesive, achievable plan aligned with actively listening to and integrating diverse perspectives to reach shared goals</li> </ul> <h4>Your experience has given you:</h4> <ul> <li>Several years of experience in Backend Software Engineering at a Senior, Principal or Staff Engineer level</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of Javascript/Typescript-based Full-Stack service/microservice Development (e.g. <a href="http://node.js">Node.js</a>)</li> <li>Extensive experience with cloud services (e.g. AWS), message queues (e.g. SQS) and Database formats (e.g. DynamoDB)</li> <li>Experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g. React, Vue.js)</li> <li>Highly adept, detail-oriented professional with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of Agile methodologies</li> <li>Experience delivering scalable systems that solve complex technical challenges at scale</li> <li>Extensive stakeholder management experience with a focus on working across multiple functions/domains and the ability to create
