This isnt just any role; youll be a key player within our Integration and Solution team. As a Customer Engagement Manager, youll drive the business adoption of the Trustpilot platform solution for our Benelux customers, ensuring they truly realize and build on the value of our features. Youll be crucial in overcoming the risks of churn by demonstrating tangible, long-term benefits. Youll act as a trusted advisor, responsible for delivering value, ensuring optimal onboarding, and maximizing product adoption. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders across the business: youll work with Customer Success for long-term relationship building and growth, and with Pre-Sales during the acquisition process to ensure the real value of Trustpilot is demonstrated from day one. What youll be doing <ul> <li>Helping Benelux customers maximize the ROI from their subscriptions.</li> <li>Proactively driving product adoption across the Benelux market.</li> <li>Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to create exceptional customer relationships</li> <li>Owning the technical integration of customer pre- and post-sales</li> <li>Managing technical- and non-technical stakeholders with ease</li> <li>Ensuring professionalism and a high level of activity within the team.</li> <li>Defining strategy in cooperation with your clients.</li> <li>Acting as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs back to Trustpilots internal support, product, engineering, and sales teams.</li> </ul> Who you are <ul> <li>You have experience in a customer-facing role focused on customer engagement, implementation, or solution management, ideally within the online marketing, internet, or software industries.</li> <li>You possess strong knowledge of e-commerce, online marketing, SEO/Google Adwords, and/or software, with a knack for driving product adoption. Knowledge about APIs is a merit.</li> <li>Youre adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and have a proven track record in client success and fostering engagement.</li> <li>Youre a proactive problem-solver with excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of guiding clients through technical solutions and managing complex conversations professionally.</li> <li>You have a competitive, high-energy mindset and thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Youre a quick learner with a positive attitude towards change and a strong work ethic.</li> <li>Youre a dedicated team player who enjoys collaborating in an international environment.</li> <li>You are fluent in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding the nuances of communicating with businesses and consumers.
