PerkSpot offers exclusive discounts to 900+ merchants nationwide, and has exclusive discounts up to 60% on hotels worldwide.</li><li>Paid time off to do volunteer work in your community.</li><li>Access to the Wellness Coach app for you and 5 family members</li></ul><h3>What youll do:</h3><ul><li>Architect and spearhead development of critical Integration framework &amp; supporting infrastructure  </li><li>Define and drive the technical strategy and roadmap for critical third-party &amp; file-based integration infrastructure </li><li>Tackle the most complex technical challenges, often involving multiple systems, and deliver robust, well-engineered solutions.</li><li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to senior and junior engineers, leveraging your expertise in Integrations to foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with product managers, architects, designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, make key technical decisions, and deliver high-quality software.</li><li>Champion and implement best practices for software development, including code quality, testing methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, system observability, and operational readiness.</li><li>Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues and production incidents, contributing to system reliability and performance.</li><li>Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and advocating for their adoption where they provide significant technical or business value.</li><li>Contribute to defining and upholding engineering standards, processes, and a culture of operational excellence, including participation in on-call rotations or incident response as needed to ensure system stability.</li><li>Drive progress on complex projects, demonstrating strong ownership and accountability from conception through to deployment and beyond.</li><li>Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation, providing timely response and resolution to production issues.</li></ul><h3>What were looking for:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Typically 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering</li><li>Expert-level proficiency in Python and/or Golang (will also consider Java or Scala backgrounds)</li><li>2+ years experience focused on Integration technology, <i>specifically </i>having<i> </i>experience in flat file-based conversion technologies &amp; protocols (sFTP, FTP, MFP, etc.)</li><li>Deep understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices architecture, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.</li><li>Extensive experience with cloud computing platforms (ideally AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Proven ability to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex technical projects from ideation to production.</li><li>Experience mentoring and developing other engineers.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.</li></ul><div><span>We are a dynamic group of people who are subject matter experts with a passion for change.
