PerkSpot offers exclusive discounts to 900+ merchants nationwide, and has exclusive discounts up to 60% on hotels worldwide.</li><li>Paid time off to do volunteer work in your community.</li><li>Access to the Wellness Coach app for you and 5 family members</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Sales Cycle Support: Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Executive to support all phases of the sales cycle—from discovery to proposal to close—helping drive faster deal progression and higher close rates.</li><li>Meeting Support: Prepare agendas and materials for prospect calls, attend meetings, take notes, and manage follow-up tasks.</li><li>Opportunity Acceleration: Proactively identify and address bottlenecks in active deals by preparing follow-ups, gathering client materials, and coordinating internal resources to keep deals moving forward.</li><li>Research &amp; Prospecting: Conduct market and account research to identify potential customers, prepare sales materials, and gather insights to personalize outreach.</li><li>Client Meeting Prep &amp; Follow-Up: Assist in preparing for high-stakes client meetings (e.g., custom decks, tailored demos, competitive insights), attend calls as needed, take detailed notes, and own follow-up actions to maintain deal momentum.</li><li>Sales Material Optimization: Customize pitch decks, case studies, and ROI calculators for specific verticals or clients to increase resonance and conversion.</li><li>Pipeline Intelligence: Monitor active opportunities and provide timely updates or alerts on key actions needed to advance or close deals.</li><li>Cross-Functional Liaison: Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Solutions teams to gather and deliver information quickly—shortening response times on proposals, pricing, security reviews, and contracts.</li><li>Competitor Analysis: Gather and maintain up-to-date intel on competitor offerings and positioning to help tailor messaging and overcome objections effectively.</li><li>CRM &amp; Reporting: Ensure accurate and up-to-date CRM entries to support effective forecasting, follow-up, and pipeline hygiene.</li><li>Process Improvement: Continuously look for ways to streamline workflows, automate repeatable tasks, and improve internal processes to reduce sales cycle friction.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (SaaS or B2B preferred).</li><li>A team player with a proactive attitude and a desire to grow in enterprise tech sales.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication.</li><li>Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), Microsoft Office, and sales engagement platforms.</li><li>Interest in financial technology or collections is a plus.</li></ul><div><span>We are a dynamic group of people who are subject matter experts with a passion for change.
