About TripleTen <a href="https://tripleten.com/?form_position=%2F&amp;gaid=354602919.1686743249&amp;referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.comeet.com%2F" target="_blank">TripleTen</a> is a service that empowers individuals, regardless of their prior experience, to embark on the exciting and challenging journey of mastering tech professions.  Our bootcamps focus on training students in software engineering, data science, business intelligence analytics, and QA engineering in a feasible and accessible way, ultimately leading them to thrive in a new career.  Our mission is to ensure that every student has the opportunity to successfully master a new profession, find their purpose, and become a valuable member of the tech industry.  TripleTen is a remote first organization mirroring our students who complete our bootcamps in a remote environment In The RoleThe JT Career Coach (IC) - USA helps ensure that our graduates are job ready by their graduation date.They support the success of the Career Services team by coaching 60 students / graduates in group settings (&lt; 10 participants per group), and hosting office hours, and facilitating 1:1 Mock HR sessions.This role is hands-on coaching, ensuring high-quality service delivery, streamlined processes, and effective problem-solving.<ul><li>Manage a roster of 60+ students which will include: group coaching sessions which covers steps in the job search process such as Networking, job search strategy, etc.,</li><li>Hold office hours where students come with questions regarding their job search, and</li><li>Facilitate 1:1 Mock HR Sessions</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Career artifacts review - review student resumes, LinkedIn profiles, career-related projects, and cover letters—providing feedback within 48 hours.</li><li>Interview prep - conduct HR/cultural interviews and assess student performance according to guidelines.</li><li>Tracking - update our internal system for student progress and alert teammates when a student needs additional support.</li><li>Community engagement - facilitate our Discord and Prentus student channels, find and share content about the job market, and provide useful tips</li><li>Host and facilitate group coaching sessions and 15 min Ask Me Anything sessions as needed.</li><li>Collaboration - collaborate with the TripleTen team to enhance our career products and improve user experience</li><li>Punctuality - giving timely advice/ response to questions within 24 hours</li></ul><ul><li>Empathic Team Collaborator: Offers insight and solution-based feedback in a kind and professional manner. Egos must be left at the door.</li><li>Highly Organized and Attentive: Ability to keep clear and organized administrative notes. Responds to any pressing situation within 24 hours. Attends all team meetings.</li><li>Data Tracking: Monitor and analyze coach and student data to inform decisions and improve program effectiveness.</li><li>Workshop Development and Facilitation: Ability to collaborate on the development of workshops and facilitate other workshop initiatives as needed</li><li>Cross-Discipline Skills: Ability to coach across a variety of disciplines such as: Software Engineer, QA, Data/BIA, Cyber and UX/UI</li><li>This role reports to the Lead Coaches and collaborates with the Senior Coaches as needed</li><li>Availability to work evening hours</li></ul><ul><li>$55 / hr for each group coaching milestone session</li><li>$40 / hr for all other tasks</li><li>15-25 hours per week; Part-time remote collaboration;</li><li>A comfortable digital office.
