We’re looking for a Learning Experience (LX) Designer with proven experience in EdTech or bootcamp environments to help us design and improve a high-impact, learner-centered Web Development course.

- Educational Content Development: Develop structured modules, lessons, and assignments tailored to real-world UX/UI design workflows.
- Learning Experience Design: Employ LX design methodologies and modern pedagogical approaches to enhance student engagement and the effectiveness of learning.
- Asynchronous Content Adaptation: Design an online program optimized for remote learning, taking into account different levels of student experience.
- Monitoring and Analyzing Content Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student engagement and learning outcomes, and continuously refine the content to meet program and business objectives.
- Collaboration with Business Stakeholders: Gather and analyze requirements, align educational goals with company objectives, and present learning concepts and results.
- Teaching and Mentoring: Conduct live meetings with other stakeholders and mentor content writers provide ongoing guidance on LxD-related tasks.
- Hands on experience in Teaching or pedagogy professionals is a must
- Professional background creating tech bootcamps or a proven record of launching educational courses within the Ed-tech or Tech industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of LX Design: Familiarity with methodologies for designing educational experiences, including curriculum creation and content structuring.
- Practical Experience in Developing Online Programs: Ability to create asynchronous courses tailored to the specifics of distance learning.
- Content Metrics Management: Proven ability to identify, monitor, and optimize essential learning performance metrics.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish: Fluency in both languages for creating materials and communicating with international experts, content writers, and students.
- Business-Oriented Mindset: Skill in understanding business needs, translating them into learning objectives, and adapting content to meet specific organizational goals.
- Understand the basics of some programming languages such as JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
