Our focus on data science, machine learning, and generative AI helps tech forward companies level up their employees skills and drive innovation.  In the RoleThe B2B Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities with tech forward Mid-Market clients with 1k - 5k employees. You will work closely with prospective clients to understand their unique needs and deliver individual tailored solutions that align their goals with upskilling their workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling Corporate Education Products, EdTech, or similar SaaS tools, along with the ability to build know, like, and trust, client relationships. Reporting into our Nebius Academy CСO, this position will be the 2nd AE hire in the US Market which will create the foundation of our business in the United States. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead Generation &amp; Prospecting: Identify target companies, cold outreach decision makers (including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media). Prospect and acquire new clients in the SMB, Mid-Market, and Corporate Training sectors.</li><li>Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including HR, Learning &amp; Development, IT, and C-Suite Leaders to understand their specific needs and challenges in adopting educational technology solutions.</li><li>Sales Presentations &amp; Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions and how they can address client pain points and improve employee skill development outcomes.</li><li>Sales Negotiation &amp; Closing: Drive the sales cycle from initial engagement through contract negotiation and closing. Close deals with $100k+ ACV.</li><li>Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
