Please note: This role is designed with an evolving scope. You will initially join as a B2B Sales Trainer, with the opportunity to transition into an Account Manager role over time. This dynamic path requires a high degree of flexibility, adaptability, and resilience as your responsibilities grow and shift in line with business needs.   Your responsibilities will include:   <ul> <li>Onboard and empower TheFork Partners on TheFork Manager, our industry-leading electronic reservation book (ERB) for seamless restaurant booking management. Youll ensure theyre not just using the software, but leveraging it daily to streamline operations and enhance their service.</li> <li>Guide our Partners through their digital transformation, acting as a trusted advisor to help them maximize the benefits of TheFork Manager.</li> <li>Proactively identify growth opportunities by engaging partners and demonstrating the value of upgrading their ERB, and have as well strong focus on activating yield management tools and commercial levers that help optimize occupancy and revenue, significantly impacting their business.</li> <li>Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our partners, understanding their evolving needs and anticipating opportunities for further collaboration and success.</li> <li>Deliver ongoing strategic training and support on TheFork Manager, initiating refresher sessions as needed to ensure continuous optimization and partner proficiency.</li> <li>Champion partner satisfaction throughout the onboarding process and beyond, ensuring a consistently excellent experience.
