You may just be the right candidate for this or other roles.  The Senior Risk Consultant is responsible for protecting workers compensation profitability and ensuring loss exposures are properly classified for a specific client group within a geographic territory. Profitability is protected through risk mitigation initiatives, strong underwriting assessments, claims mitigation and application of correct workers compensation classification codes providing premium collection commensurate to exposure What you will do <ul> <li>Provide risk mitigation consultations to clients – This includes surveying client operations, reviewing administrative and engineering loss controls, identifying loss trends, providing safety training and risk mitigation recommendations as well as conducting meetings with client management to improve client workplace safety.</li> <li>Prepare technically detailed risk mitigation and auditing reports to internal stakeholders regarding client and prospect operations and exposures that include assessment of risk and mitigation recommendations per established procedures in a timely manner.</li> <li>Develop, communicate, and implement risk mitigation action plans for high hazard and/or high frequency/severity clients.</li> <li>Review to ensure appropriate workers’ compensation classification assignments for proper premium collection.</li> <li>Performs other duties as assigned</li> <li>Complies with all policies and standards</li> </ul> Education Qualifications <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health or a related risk management field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required </li> </ul> Experience Qualifications <ul> <li>Typically, 5+ years in workers compensation loss control or occupational safety and health consultation required </li> </ul> Skills and Abilities <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Advanced proficiency)</li> <li>Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization (Intermediate proficiency)</li> <li>Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical documents. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
