Enterprise Transformation Director A Brief Overview The Director of Transformation - Strategy &amp; Governance plays a pivotal role in driving TriNets transformation agenda by ensuring strategic alignment, execution governance, and measurable business impact. This role supports the DVP of the Value Stream Management Office by establishing transformation governance frameworks, managing risks, tracking performance, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to optimize execution. This individual will work closely with value stream leads, program managers, and stakeholders across the organization to ensure transformation initiatives deliver on their objectives. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
