You will be a trusted resource that is capable of building conceptual bridges and helping prospects envision how they can use the Trimble Unity suite portfolio of products to free up time and resources for societies higher priorities.   What You Will Do: In this role you will be responsible for traveling to clients’ sites, perform value-based demonstrations of capabilities, facilitate assessment meetings, and will be responsible for answering all system related questions and developing client proposals. This includes but is not limited to: <ul><li>Communicate with prospects on their level, using their language and being an expert in navigating both business and technical questions; from all levels within an organization</li><li>Develop and execute accurate, clear, and concise proposals </li><li>Responsible for uncovering client needs and addressing those needs as part of the sales and demonstration strategy</li><li>Ability to position Unity Construct as the system of choice and become an expert in overcoming objections</li><li>Configure complex solutions in Unity Construct and demonstrate the benefits to the prospect</li><li>Work with the territory Sales Team to execute the sales pursuit strategy</li><li>Develop and refine RFP responses as assigned</li><li>Responsible for reading and interpreting clients’ requirements into client solutions and proposals</li></ul>In your first year your goals will include: <ul><li>Mastery of the Trimble Unity suite, primarily focused on Unity Construct and its capabilities</li><li>Mastery of the market we serve and value we bring</li><li>Mastery of best practices and culture we’ve built</li></ul>​What Skills &amp; Experience You Should Bring:<ul><li>Prior experience in a Product Management, Business Analyst, or Implementation Project Manager role</li><li>Prior experience in a Sales Engineer or related position – Preferred</li><li>Understanding of construction processes – Preferred</li><li>Demonstrated strong analytical, process oriented mindset and capability.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to solve problems using a creative and logical mindset.</li><li>4 year college degree preferred</li><li>Preference for residing in the Southeastern Region of U.S. </li><li>Travel up to 75%.</li></ul>  Compensation Target:Base + Commission = $130k-$150KCompensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
