What You Will Do
We are hiring a License Compliance Consultant to join our Global License Compliance Investigation Team. Working as part of a global team who will help you to develop some key skills, you will be involved in conducting license compliance investigations worldwide, with a particular focus on countries in Southeast Asia. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Trimbles software licensing agreements across the region.
You will be trained to conduct thorough license compliance investigations in Southeast Asia and other regions as needed.
Gather and analyze evidence to build strong cases against non-compliant entities.
Collaborate with Trimbles Global License Compliance Investigation Team to ensure effective compliance strategies.
Learn how to monitor compliance trends and issues within Southeast Asia and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in developing strategies to enhance compliance and reduce instances of infringement.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Business or a related field is helpful
Experience in using BIM Software as an end user or technical specialist is advantageous
Technical knowledge of TEKLA or other BIM software or you may come from a compliance / investigation background.
Strong analytical and research related skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Mandarin language skills advantageous. Strong English language skills essential.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
