Join us before the next international offsite!About the roleWere looking to add a Senior Demand Generation Manager to our marketing team to strategize and orchestrate cross-channel user journeys. This position will play a critical role in contributing to net new business pipeline growth. You will own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization for our 3rd party sponsorships, including 3rd party review sites, webinar &amp; content syndication channels. You’ll work to move us into new channels like podcast ads or OOH to drive efficiency and growth across the buyer’s journey.You will<ul><li>Build and activate strategic multi-channel plans that support the buyer’s journey from awareness to consideration to deal open.</li><li>Deploy and manage broad customer segment &amp; ABM campaigns across demand generation channels.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement through testing and performance optimization to achieve click, conversion, deal, and ROAS targets.</li><li>Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, content marketing, web, and the demand gen team to develop performant ad creative &amp; landing pages that maximize impact.</li><li>Partner directly with SDRs to educate on demand gen campaigns and build a feedback loop that supports deal growth</li><li>Become a subject matter expert in your customer segment to contribute to campaign strategy and ensure ad creative resonates</li></ul>You have<ul><li>5+ years running demand generation campaigns that drive results</li><li>A proactive approach to monitoring performance and adjusting tactics to make campaigns successful</li><li>Agility and speed in testing new channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
