This role is pivotal to TransUnion’s strategic modernization efforts and will drive enterprise-wide change through intelligent automation, AI/ML-powered decisioning, process optimization, and digital workflow transformation.You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Global Operations, Technology, Data Science &amp; Analytics, and Solutions teams to design and implement scalable, AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.<ul><li>Lead the development and execution of Applied AI strategies to address operational challenges and unlock efficiencies across Global Operations.</li><li>Translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions, applying machine learning, natural language processing, and intelligent automation to drive outcomes.</li><li>Oversee the deployment of AI-powered virtual agents and document intelligence tools to automate high-volume, manual workflows.</li><li>Implement low-code automation frameworks (BPMN, DMN, CMMN) to accelerate digital transformation and reduce development cycles.</li><li>Establish governance models and performance metrics to monitor AI effectiveness, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Collaborate closely with the continuous improvement services and change service teams to drive transformative initiatives that deliver substantial business value. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan.
