Recruit, coach, evaluate, develop and motivate team to a high level of performance. </li><li>Ensure effective sales competency structures, career paths, and incentive systems are embedded that drive high performance and motivate the sales organization. </li><li>Develop the Industry Engagement approach as a critical component of the overall Account Engagement Plan (AEPs) to develop and expand our business among Retail, Travel &amp; Hospitality, QSR and Technology customers </li><li>Coach and develop the team of individual sellers responsible for the sales pursuits supporting all stages of the sales opportunity lifecycle. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job.
