This mid-level, non-client-facing role focuses on supporting internal teams by performing semi-technical tasks that ensure the accurate and timely delivery of data-driven marketing solutions. You will collaborate across departments to maintain operational excellence and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes.What Youll Bring:<div>Key Responsibilities: </div><div>Operational Execution </div><div><ul><li>Perform hands-on operational tasks including data file processing, configuration, validation, and delivery setup. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure timely and accurate execution of recurring and ad hoc marketing solution deliveries. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor delivery pipelines and troubleshoot issues to maintain service quality. </li></ul></div><div>Technical Support &amp; Issue Resolution </div><div><ul><li>Investigate and document root causes of delivery failures or anomalies and contribute to long-term solutions. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain internal knowledge bases and documentation for repeatable processes. </li></ul></div><div>Process Optimization </div><div><ul><li>Identify and recommend improvements to operational workflows and delivery processes. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support automation initiatives and contribute to the development of tools that enhance operational efficiency. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Participate in testing and validation of new tools, features, and delivery methods. </li></ul></div><div>Cross-Functional Collaboration </div><div><ul><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on delivery requirements, timelines, and quality standards. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Participate in internal project meetings and provide updates on operational status, risks, and dependencies. </li></ul></div><div>Reporting &amp; Documentation </div><div><ul><li>Track and report on key operational metrics and service level agreements (SLAs). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain accurate documentation of delivery processes, configurations, and issue resolutions. </li></ul></div>Impact Youll Make:<div>Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, or related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering). </div><div><div><ul><li>2–4 years of experience in a technical operations, data delivery, or support role. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with data formats (CSV, JSON, XML), data validation, and basic scripting or SQL. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working with remote cross-functional teams in a technical or operational capacity. </li></ul></div></div>This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.TransUnion Job TitleConsultant, Technical Account Management
