Our Mosaic platform combines advanced fraud detection, machine learning-driven risk assessment, and real-time decision-making across customer journeys.  <h2>Role Overview</h2> As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will own the critical first step of the customer journey after a deal is closed. Your focus will be to ensure every customer is properly onboarded / welcomed and fully prepared for a successful deployment. You will build and execute a scalable onboarding process that captures all necessary information, aligns stakeholders, and sets projects up for success. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills. You will work closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Solution Engineers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth handoff into deployment if needed. <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Customer Onboarding Framework</li> <ul> <li>Design and maintain a scalable, repeatable onboarding process for new customers.</li> <li>Create and own a deployment readiness checklist covering requirements, use cases, stakeholders, roles, responsibilities, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.</li> <li>Continuously improve the process based on customer feedback and internal learnings.</li> </ul> <li>Kickoff &amp; Information Gathering</li> <ul> <li>Conduct structured onboarding/kickoff sessions with new customers.</li> <li>Gather and document customer requirements, technical environments, integration scope, and business goals.</li> <li>Map key stakeholders and establish clear communication channels.</li> </ul> <li>Enablement &amp; Resource Alignment</li> <ul> <li>Provide customers with an overview of available resources and onboard them to support portal, LMS, etc (documentation, support, knowledge base, training).</li> <li>Ensure customers know how to engage with Transmit’s teams (TAMs, support, product).</li> <li>Align internal teams with customer objectives and timelines.</li> </ul> <li>Project Readiness</li> <ul> <li>Define and agree on project milestones, ownership, and expectations with customers.</li> <li>Confirm deployment readiness and transition the project into active execution with the TAM.</li> <li>Serve as the single point of accountability for preparing customers for deployment.</li> </ul> </ul> The OTE salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000.
