You refuse to accept undue constraints and the status quo and will not rest until you figure things out </li><li>You are the go-to person for advice and help, acting as a catalyst for productivity </li><li>5+ years of experience building products used by real customers </li><li>Ability to stand up RESTful endpoints in less than a day with Go or a better alternative </li><li>Enjoys a smooth, pleasantly humming system with high availability and low drama </li><li>Experience with security coding guidelines, PCI, and/or HIPAA compliance </li></ul>  <div>Total Rewards Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.  Salary is just one component of Transcarents total package.
