We’re a highly cross-functional team and partner most closely with the Product, Sales, BD, and Design teams to help our prospects and customers grasp how we can help them reach their full potential.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><b>What will you do:</b></div><div><span>As our Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for building, executing, and evolving a regional demand strategy that creates pipeline and drives revenue. Youll lead key marketing initiatives across acquisition, SEO, paid media, lifecycle, conversion optimization, and sales alignment.</span></div><div><span>This is a senior and strategic role with high ownership. You’ll design the regional growth engine and operate it hands-on, ensuring consistent delivery of SQLs and measurable business outcomes. Your work will connect channel performance to real pipeline influence and revenue growth.</span></div><h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead the regional demand generation strategy across Paid Media, SEO, Lead Nurture, Website Conversion, and Lifecycle Marketing.</li><li>Build and scale integrated full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and reduce CAC.</li><li>Create and iterate campaigns across channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, email, CRM, content, Tradeshows), optimizing for efficiency and conversion.</li><li>Own lead scoring, handoff to Sales, and alignment around qualification and pipeline velocity.</li><li>Design and monitor performance dashboards with clear KPIs: SQLs, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and Revenue Attribution.</li><li>Collaborate with Sales to ensure tight feedback loops and performance insights that improve targeting and messaging.</li><li>Own experimentation: A/B tests, multichannel attribution models, and rapid iterations to improve funnel performance.</li><li>Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Brand, and Data teams to orchestrate GTM initiatives and product-focused growth loops.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles with proven pipeline impact.</li><li>Experience leading regional or segment-level demand generation strategies, not just tactical execution.</li><li>Mastery of acquisition platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) and lifecycle tools.</li><li>Experience with organic acquisition and technical SEO fundamentals.</li><li>Deep understanding of pipeline metrics: CAC, SQLs, MQL-to-Close conversion, funnel velocity, and revenue influence.</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple growth initiatives at once.</li><li>Analytical mindset, capable of extracting insights from data and quickly turning them into action.</li><li>Comfortable balancing strategy and execution, you think big but act fast.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Points:</h3><ul><li>Experience managing regional campaigns across LatAm or international markets.</li><li>Familiarity with ABM or sales-led growth initiatives.</li><li>Engineering or technical background that enables deep product understanding.</li></ul><div><b>Compensation:</b></div><div>• Competitive salary and stock options</div><div>• GymPass so you dont sit/work all day</div><div>• 15 days of paid annual leave</div><div>• Optional fully funded English / Portuguese courses</div><div>• Carnet Card: $2,800mxn/mo for groceries and food</div><div>• Earn a trip anywhere in the world every 4 years</div><div>• Day off during the week of your birthday</div>
