We’re seeking a French HR Generalist to drive our people initiatives and nurture an engaged, inclusive culture across our French teams. What will you do? <ul> <li>Partner directly with the Country Lead France to co-create and execute the markets people strategy</li> <li>Design and implement localized people initiatives that balance Tourlanes global culture with French market specificities and expectations</li> <li>Build strong relationships with French employees and the CSE, serving as a sparring partner for People Operations and our French Country Lead.</li> <li>Build the employer brand strategy for France, positioning Tourlane as an employer of choice in the French tech/travel sector</li> <li>Transform CSE relations from compliance to strategic partnership, managing agenda collaboratively with Country Lead and Head of People Operations.</li> <li>Provide legal and operational advice to the People Operations team on standard HR cases in France.</li> <li>Oversee standard HR operations processes in France, including payroll, contract management, and new HR initiatives aside from people development and recruiting.</li> <li>Act as the primary contact for HR-related queries from French employees and managers.
