But to ensure high levels of process adoption, you need to create processes that provide a great employee experience: that serve employees’ needs, understand their preferences, and solve their problems. </div><div><br /></div><div><span>We are looking for an experienced </span><b>QA Engineer (freelance/contract)</b><span> to own the quality of our Works offerings (ProcurementWorks, LegalWorks). This is a </span><b>part-time role</b><span> for a </span><b>6-month engagement</b><span>, ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can catch regressions, usability issues, or edge cases that automated tests might miss. </span></div><div><b>Hybrid work arrangements are preferred.</b></div><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a QA Engineer, preferably in SaaS or enterprise platforms.</li><li>Strong experience in manual regression testing, bug reporting, and test documentation.</li><li>Comfortable with low-code/no-code platforms or complex configuration-driven applications.</li><li>High attention to detail; able to detect functional and UX discrepancies that automated tests may miss.</li><li>Excellent written communication skills (English) for bug reports and updates.</li><li>Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Execute a suite of 20+ test scenarios for each Works solution (ProcurementWorks, LegalWorks), and for the platform as a whole.</li><li>Run regression tests regularly or on-demand when new changes are deployed.</li><li>Document, track, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps, severity assessment, and screenshots/videos as needed.</li><li>Provide feedback on usability or UI inconsistencies noticed during testing.</li><li>Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine or expand regression coverage over time.</li><li>Optionally assist in defining scenarios for future automation.</li></ul><h3>Engagement Details</h3><ul><li>Part-time, freelance/contract (invoiced per hour or retainer).</li><li>Duration: 6 months, with potential extension based on performance.</li><li>Hybrid work preferred, combining remote and on-site collaboration.</li></ul><div>Tonkean welcomes everyone.
