A Toast Trainer is a professional-level facilitator of educational sessions with a focus on the successful application of adult learning theories. Bready for a change?* A Senior Enterprise Trainer is equal parts consultant, project manager, educator and facilitator in delivering best-in-class training. As a Senior Enterprise Customer Trainer, this person will be their customers’ primary training contact and act as their liaison to Toast’s Education department.  A Senior Enterprise trainer is responsible for owning the successful enablement of their customer through customer discovery, identifying learning needs, developing long-term customized training plans, designing educational content, delivering training, evaluating impact, and iterating as needed. This person will work closely with their team Manager and members of the Learning Design team to execute on both short-term initiatives and our long term strategic plan. They will also work alongside our stakeholders in the Go To Market &amp; Customer Success teams to ensure the successful onboarding of Toast’s largest, most complex customers. Toast Trainers  are sought-after facilitation and Toast product experts who are able to leverage their expertise to solve complex customer challenges and deliver impactful training solutions for all types of customers.
