In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading design, strategy, and vision across the organization; you’ll help restaurants manage their front of house and back of house experiences. Your UI/UX work will span across first party devices like handhelds, terminals, kiosks, kitchen display systems, and web. You will direct a team of Designers to do their best work as well as do some design work yourself. You will craft brand new experiences as well as iterate and grow POS experiences that are the core of the company. You will use AI to enhance the work that you and your team do as well as create incredible experiences that meet our customer needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, accessible, and engaging solutions that meet user needs and drive business growth.   The ideal candidate knows how to balance high craft and speed, is a passionate advocate for customer-centered design, is not afraid to dig into the metrics, is a skilled mentor who fosters a culture of creativity and experimentation.
