This is a hands-on role where youll dive deep into campaign planning and execution while contributing to strategic direction.  About this roll* (Responsibilities)  <ul> <li>Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns spanning email, in-product (web/mobile), SMS, social, video, and paid media, keeping cross-functional teams on track with deadlines and deliverables to ensure coordinated messaging and optimal customer experience</li> <li>Partner closely with stakeholders across Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Brand, and Marketing Operations to establish the campaign operational framework, including processes for planning, execution, measurement, and optimization that will define how customer campaigns function at Toast</li> <li>Contribute to campaign strategy while maintaining a strong focus on flawless execution and project management, holding high execution standards to ensure all customer-facing work reflects Toasts brand and enterprise-quality expectations</li> <li>Partner with the Customer Marketing Analytics to review campaign performance metrics and develop reporting frameworks that demonstrate impact on KPIs like product adoption, upsell revenue, and customer engagement</li> </ul> Do you have the right ingredients*?
